Reginald Sakitey is a Chartered Certified Accountant and software engineer with over 17 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and business management, and over 15 years of experience in software engineering and ERP implementation.

He is a member of ACCA (UK) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG), and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast.

His work spans multiple industries including mining, healthcare, education, consulting, and IT, with experience supporting organisations such as AngloGold Ashanti, African Resource Management, Logs & Lumber Limited, and L’AINE Services Limited.

This combination of deep financial expertise and hands-on software engineering is the foundation of how SikaHene ERP is designed and built.

Sethrina Barku holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Pentecost University and has a strong background in HR operations, payroll support, and client engagement. She currently leads customer acquisition, onboarding, user training, and ongoing support at SikaHene ERP, ensuring successful adoption across ERP modules.

She brings a strong people-centred approach to client engagement, issue resolution, and relationship management, supported by prior HR and finance experience at Aqua Safari Resort and Laine Services Limited.

She is recognized for translating complex systems into clear, user-friendly solutions, building strong client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. She combines a people-first mindset with strong organizational and communication skills to support business growth and long term client success.
