African Resource Management is a mining support business providing parts and services to major mining companies including Newmont, AngloGold, and Gold Fields. We have provided full ERP solutions for African Resource Management from the very beginning of their operations in 2012. As the business expanded into new locations and took on more complex operations, they required new modules, reports, and workflows. We built those changes with them. We are still doing so today.

Ridacon Limited is our very first client. Their director, a chartered accountant, wanted a system that would properly reflect how their hospital supply business actually worked. They found our advert in the Daily Graphic in 2010, and that marked the beginning of a relationship that continues to this day. Over the years, Ridacon has requested improvements, adjustments, and refinements as their operations evolved. Many of those requests shaped the foundation of what SikaHene ERP is today. They did not outgrow the system. The system grew with them.

We had to learn the workflows of a modern car repair workshop from scratch, including job cards, service completion forms, workshop roles, and technical processes unfamiliar to us at the time. Once the processes were clearly understood, translating them into working software was straightforward. The result was a system built specifically around how their workshop operates.
